Track Your Payments

You can now see the status of your payments in real time.

Our new feature is visible on the payment details screen as well as on the Activity tab.

In both places you’ll see the status of your payment, but more details are visible on the payment details screen.

There are three statuses your payment will show:

Pending

When your payment is pending, it will be in one of the two below states.

Payment initiated 

At this stage your payment has been initiated but we have not yet deducted your funds from your entered payment method.

Funds received

At this point we have deducted your funds from your preferred payment method and we are in the process of transferring them to your payee.

Complete

Funds dispursed

The funds have been transferred to your payee.

Declined

Your payment could be declined for a range of reasons. This couldn't happen before or after we have deducted funds from your preferred payment method. If a payment is declined after we have deducted funds, they will be transferred back to your account as soon as possible.
