We’re making payments easier with our new Batch Payment feature.
Designed to support the payment of multiple payees through one transaction, our new feature saves you time by allowing you to simply upload an ABA file (generated from your accounting software of choice) and make all your payments with the click of a few buttons.

Why Batch Payment?
Making more payments in the Symbion Elite Rewards platform is a great way to boost your points balance, and make that overseas holiday a reality.
But it can be time consuming to manually make multiple monthly payments in any system - enter Batch Payment.
Batch Payment allows you to upload an ABA file, generated in your accounting software of choice, with up to fifty separate payees and pay them all in one transaction, saving you time every month and getting you closer to your points target.
Additionally, we have brought in enhanced security through upgraded payee verification, which means you can be sure your payments are going to approved businesses.
There are some important things to be aware of when using Batch Payment:
While we support split payments across Symbion Elite Reward Points and your preferred payment method (accepted payment methods below), Batch Payment does not currently allow split payments,
There is a four day transfer window for linked bank account direct debit payments and a 3 day window for credit card payments,
The payment will appear as a single debit in your bank/card statement (for reconciliation tips with these payments click here), and
Symbion Elite Rewards is a business only payment platform, as such all payees must have a valid ABN, and this is verified before payments are accepted in the system. For more information on our payee validation process, click here.
