  • Symbion Elite Rewards enables Symbion customers to earn Symbion Elite Rewards Points and access rewards just by paying your Symbion statements and all other bills.

    With Symbion Elite Rewards, Symbion customers can earn up to one point for every dollar on bill payments made through the Symbion Elite Rewards platform.

    Symbion customers can also use Symbion Elite Rewards Points just like cash to pay future bills, redeem points for rewards with leading brands, or transfer points to use on flights, upgrades and more with participating partners.

    Customers must use Symbion as their primary wholesaler.

  • Any approved customers of Symbion can register for Symbion Elite Rewards to pay bills, earn points and access rewards.

  • Register online, and your details will be reviewed by Symbion within 5 business days. Once approved, you will be given access to your account.

  • You can register online quickly and easily in just minutes. You will need a Symbion account number and the corresponding business postcode to register.

  • Yes. Existing Symbion customers still need to apply for a Symbion Elite Rewards account.

  • Initially register with one of your Symbion accounts to access the platform. Once you're in, you can link all of your other Symbion accounts.

    You can also call one of our specialists on 1300 392 553 between 9am and 5pm (AEST) who can help link multiple Symbion accounts to your Symbion Elite Rewards account.

  • Start by setting up a payment method. This can be completed once logged into Symbion Elite Rewards by going to your eWallet and selecting “Payment Methods”.

    Alternatively, you will be prompted to enter a payment method before completing your first transaction.

  • Symbion Elite Rewards accepts debit and credit card payment (AMEX, Visa and Mastercard) and bank transfer. You can even pay other bills by using your Symbion Elite Reward Points.

  • You can use Points + Pay for most non-symbion biller transactions. However, only one method of payment will be accepted in combination with Points. For example, Points + Visa payment is allowed, but Points + Visa payment + AMEX payment is not allowed.

  • If your payment is finalised on the Symbion Elite Rewards platform by 5:30pm AEST/AEDT on a business day:

    • Payments made to Symbion will settle the following business day

    • Payments made to other payees via bank account will settle in up to 3 business days

    • Payments made to other payees via batch payment will settle in up to 3 business days

    • Payments made to other payees via credit card will settle in up to 4 business days

    • Payments made to BPAY payees via bank account will settle in up to 4 business days

    • Payments made to BPAY payees via credit card will settle in up to 3 business days

    Please give yourself extra time if making a payment with a specific deadline i.e. ATO or Superannuation, and be aware of the impact of dishonours (especially on weekends or public holidays).

    Please also be aware that any payment made after 5:30pm AEST/AEDT on a business day may incur an additional day of processing time.

  • Your Program Tier determines the amount and/or the rate of Symbion Elite Rewards Points that are accumulated when making a bill payment:

    • Platinum: Earn 1 point per dollar. 0.95% Program Fee +GST

    • Gold: Earn 0.5 points per dollar. 0.50% Program Fee +GST

    • Executive: Points are only earned on promotional activity. No Program Fee

    The Program Fee is determined by your Program Tier and is displayed in the summary when making a Bill Payment

  • You can change your Program Tier by clicking on the Symbion Elite Rewards Points icon in the top menu bar or via your eWallet profile.

  • There is no limit to the number of times you can change your Program Tier.

    You cannot change your Program Tier while a transaction is being processed.

  • To ensure the security of Symbion Elite Rewards customers, all personal and financial information is transmitted using the HTTPS protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), utilising state of the art technology for consumer protection. Behind the scenes, your web browser is sending all personal and financial information over SSL. All your data is encrypted at-rest and in-transit, with least privilege access control and best practise security controls in place. We are also ISO 9001 (Quality Standard), ISO 27001 (Information Security Standard), and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified.
