Symbion Elite Rewards Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Symbion Elite Rewards program you need to meet the below eligibility criteria
Be a Symbion primary wholesale customer
Be approved by Symbion
Once you’ve registered with the program our team conducts a thorough review to ensure you meet the above criteria. This process typically takes up-to a week.

Non-primary Symbion Wholesale customers
Non-primary Symbion Wholesale customers can access the Symbion Elite Rewards program.
The additional eligibility criteria apply to these users.
Symbion non-primary wholesale customers must spend a minimum of $30,000 a month with Symbion to be eligible to join Symbion Elite Rewards. Additionally, if once being approved, a Symbion non-primary wholesale customer’s monthly spend falls below $30,000 for two consecutive months they may be removed from the program.
Symbion non-primary wholesale customers are approved for Symbion Elite Rewards on an initial 6-month term and their eligibility may be reviewed after this period. The 6-month term begins from a users first Symbion statement payment made through the platform.
Use of the platform
The Symbion Elite Rewards program is intended as a business expense payment platform and has clear terms of use. As such, if you breach the terms of use or eligibility criteria, detailed in the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or remove your account from the program.
