New Feature: Multi-User Accounts
We’re excited to let you know we have just launched our latest feature, Multi-user Accounts.
The new feature allows account owners to create additional users for their Symbion Elite Rewards account.
The tutorial below takes you through the simple process of adding a new account.

Benefits of Multi-user Accounts
Feedback from many of our members is that they are not the only person who makes use of their Symbion Elite Rewards account. Whether this is the business’s bookkeeper or other business partners.
Multi-user Accounts solve this problem. The feature allows:
The creation of multiple users for an account,
Complete platform access for each user,
Tracking of user activity against transactions and points redemptions,
Bookkeepers to login and easily make payments on behalf of the business.
What you need to know
Points earnt on transactions made by any account user are added to the users account, not the user as an individual,
Currently additional users have access to view all elements of the Symbion Elite Rewards account as well as make transactions and redeem points. There are two exceptions:
Additional users can not add new users to an account
Additional users can not make changes to the account profile
All account notification emails are currently only sent to the account owner
Multi-user Access is just the start
While we love this new feature, our team is working on adding even more functionality to the program.
Over the coming months our team are looking to add permission settings and additional user management. This would allow the account owner to limit what some users can do in the platform. For example, they may want their bookkeeper to be able to make transactions, but not redeem points.
