Fast Payments is Here!
Same day payments have arrived - making it even easier for you to manage cash flow and earn points with Symbion Elite Rewards.
You can make same day payments for your business expenses, using the new Fast Payment feature, in three simple steps:
Log in to the platform and initiate a payment as usual, selecting PayID as your preferred payment method.
Symbion Elite Rewards will automatically generate unique payment details using the PayID technology (more on PayID here).
Log in to your banking app of choice, and use these unique details to complete the payment.
This means faster payments and more points for you.

Fast Payment tips
Payment details
As part of the Fast Payments process, you use the PayID our system has created for you, and a unique reference number linked to your payment. The unique reference number is only valid for 36 hours. If you don’t make the payment within this period, your payment will be canceled and no money will be debited from your account.
Split & Batch Payments
Fast Payments does not support using split payment methods. Currently Fast Payments are available for 1-1 payments only, the feature will be coming to Batch Payments soon.
Reconciliation
Be aware, your program fees will be included in the total payment amount. For reconciliation, refer to the payment invoice available in the Activity section of the Symbion Elite Rewards Platform.
Additionally, the reference for the payee is limited to 9 characters. If your payee reference is longer than 9 characters, ensure you contact them in regard to your payment to avoid confusion. Please be aware it is this reference that is passed on to your payee, not the one you enter while completing the PayID payment in your banking app.
