Batch Payments Can Now be Paid in Seconds

Batch Payments to be made using our new PayID payment method.

The process is simple, just upload your ABA file as normal for a Batch Payment and when selecting your payment method, choose PayID.

This means your Batch Payments should settle in minutes instead of days, helping you manage your business’s cash flow.

What you need to know about Batch Payments using PayID

You can make your payment using any payment method

Once you’ve generated your PayID details within Symbion Elite Rewards, you can make your payment using any bank account or linked credit card, whether you’ve used the payment method in the Symbion Elite Rewards program or not.

Making your first Fast Payment

Some banks may put a hold on transactions made to new PayID payees. As your PayID Payee details will remain the same for all your payments generated through Symbion Elite Rewards, this hold will only impact your first payment. All subsequent payments should complete within an hour.

PayID payment limits

Some bank account have separate PayID and EFT transaction value limits. If you experience a problem with your daily transaction limit, log in to your bank account application to increase it.

Ensure you use the correct payment details

PayID payments complete almost instantly - this means if you make an error when entering the payment details of your payees we can not intervene to cancel the transaction. Please ensure you double check your payee details and the value of all payments.

Payment reference numbers

As part of the Fast Payments process, you use the PayID our system has created for you, and a unique reference number linked to your payment. The unique reference number is only valid for 36 hours. If you don’t make the payment within this period, your payment will be canceled and no money will be debited from your account.
